February 2011 South Africa Report
Brothers and sisters,
Greetings from Bloemfontein, South Africa. I miss all of you. The pictures we are sending are of the Divine
Restoration Ministry. When I was here in 2007 the pastor and his wife Elisee and Sarah who Martin and Elisee
went to Bible College together, only had about 50 people. Now they have over 400 and are looking for a building
to seat minimum 600. The thing that excites my about this church is the many whites and blacks that you see
together. Most of the time it is all black church or all white. This church is doing an outstanding job in bringing
the blacks and whites together in one church. I was blessed to be asked to come and minister this Sunday to
them. Enjoy the pictures.
Martin, Carmel and I leave this Tuesday, Feb 15 for Johannesburg and Pretoria. Martin has been asked to meet
with a man from India who has 7 different discipleship groups that he is head of. He wants to talk to Martin about
how Martin is doing his discipleship training. We spend Tuesday night with Fergus Buchan who is Angus
Buchan's brother. Angus Buchan is the largest evangelist in this part of the world. His brother Fergus has
worked more as a missionary for many years, but wants to meet us and possibly we will be part of a 25 February
meeting he is involved in with many different leaders he is involved with.
We will meet Friday morning with Retah and ALdo McPhearson and their family. She is the author of 3 books, 1st
one "Message from God", 2nd one "Message of Faith" and the 3rd one "Message of Hope". I have been looking
forward to this meeting since I read the book which my neice Gail sent me before I came here.
Carmel will get her Visa for the USA while we are in this are also. We will be busy traveling for the next 2 months
all over South Africa for meetings. Mainly meeting key leaders to allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to us what type of
relationships He would want us to develop.
Everything is going very well and very busy. Martin, Carmel and I send our love to all of you. Martin and Carmel
are still believing that something after June this year they will come to Texas. They look forward to getting to
